ATTENTION: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and concern for the health and safety of our employees and customers, Sportsman’s Guide is not accepting returns on the following items in addition to our normally excluded items: Air guns, including BB Guns and Pellet Guns; Chemical/Biological Hazard Suits; First Aid items, including Military Surplus First Aid items; Fuel Storage Containers, including Jerry Cans, Gas Cans and other such containers; Gas Masks; Personal Protection/PPE Masks, including N95 masks; Portable Toilets; Water Filtration & Water Storage items. You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, by following the instructions below. Only purchases made directly from Rothco.com qualify for the return. For all other purchases, please contact the authorized seller you purchased the item from.
All orders are processed immediately to ensure prompt delivery and therefore no modifications to the order can be made.
How To Return:
- To initiate a return, please reference your Order Confirmation Email and click on the "View Order Summary" button. On the "Order Summary Page" click on the link to "Return or Replace Items"
- Fill out the Return Form. Once completed the Return Form will be emailed to the email account the order was placed under.
- Remember to include a copy of the Return Form with the merchandise you are returning when shipping back.
- If you can not find your Email Confirmation Email, please visit our Order Look Up information page.
- The refund will be for the full value of the returned item(s) unless otherwise noted.
- Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
- Return shipments fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Credit for the returned item(s) will be applied to the credit method that was used to make the purchase. Returns will be applied to the purchasing credit card within 10 to 15 days from the date we received the merchandise.
- A restocking fee may be applied to returned items
