These disposable handcuffs provide two individual cuffs rather than the standard single strap. They are designed to handcuff a suspect using standard handcuffing techniques. One double cuff does the job of two standard single straps. They can also be used to secure the subject's ankles and to secure a suspect to the ambulance railing during transport for the safety of onboard medical personnel.
